The house was built in the late 1930's on land purchased nearly 10
years earlier.  The land had been part of a water park known as
Aquadale.  It was the place to be in hot summers to cool off in the
small lakes and ponds.  Three small ponds still exist just north of
our property.

The Historic Lincoln Highway runs in front of the home, as it
always has.

The original builder was very involved in the Massillon Refractory
Co. and the foundation is very strong, due to his inputs. Originally,
the owners built this home for themselves and the 2 sons, then
adjoining houses were built by their sons.

There have been many updates to the home, but, the original flavor
still shines through, making this a very enjoyable place to sit
quietly in front of a fireplace, reading one of the antique books Pat
and Mary have collected.  You may play one of the many board
games as you look out the window at the peaceful ponds.
