| Room Rates Weekends, Holidays and special events are $129 per night. Sunday night through Thursday night, it is $89 per night. (Except HOF week) Rates include 2 adults in The Suite, additional guests are $20 each per night. Lodging taxes are extra, but sales tax for breakfast is included. (Weekends, $0.78 weekdays, $0.52) Stays We do not require a minimum stay, but we hope you do stay for a while so we can get to know you. Cancellations If the reservation is canceled less than 7 days before the arrival date, your credit card will be charged for 50% of one night. If cancelled less than 3 days, you will be charged for the first night. If you NO SHOW, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE FULL STAY. Remember, when you reserve, we take those nights off the market and can not book the night for anyone else. We are small and only have one suite. Breakfast Full breakfast served on weekends, holidays and special events. Continental breakfast served weekdays. Let us know what time is best for you. Smoking Smoking is not allowed inside the home. Smoking is allowed outside in a designated area, with proper disposal of all butts. Deodorizing and cleaning fees will be charged, up to $200, for violations. Check In No earlier than 3:00pm and let us know if you must check in after 9:00pm. Check out no later than 11:00am. Be sure to enter the driveway between the mailbox's, following the map on the website. Drive slowly please. Pets Our cats love attention, but they would be jealous if they had to share their home with other pets. The guest suite is a pet-free zone. Children School age and older children are appropriate, younger ones will require too much of your attention, due to breakable items throughout the decor. Thanks. |
